Baked Brie with Roasted Grapes
Ingredients
- 1 brie (The smoking Gourmet)
- Sprig of rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch red grapes
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Toasted bread
Method
- Place the brie in a baking paper parcel on a baking tray and stab the brie with the rosemary and the garlic cloves.
- Place the grapes next to the parcel and drizzle with olive oil. Close up the paper parcel and bake in a 180C oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Open the parcel and serve the brie immediately with toasted bread and roasted grapes.
