Baked Brie with Roasted Grapes


  • 1 brie (The smoking Gourmet)
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ bunch red grapes
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Toasted bread


  1. Place the brie in a baking paper parcel on a baking tray and stab the brie with the rosemary and the garlic cloves.
  2. Place the grapes next to the parcel and drizzle with olive oil. Close up the paper parcel and bake in a 180C oven for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Open the parcel and serve the brie immediately with toasted bread and roasted grapes.
