BBQ Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 60ml Sugar free BBQ sauce (Martinnaise)
- 1 Orange, juice and zest
- 45ml oil
- Chips to serve
- Fresh coriander to garnish
Method
- Mix the BBQ sauce, oil, orange juice and zest together.
- Marinade the chicken thighs overnight.
- Braai or grill on a griddle pan or in the oven
- Serve with chips and fresh coriander.
