BBQ Chicken Thighs


  • 60ml Sugar free BBQ sauce (Martinnaise)
  • 1 Orange, juice and zest
  • 45ml oil
  • Chips to serve
  • Fresh coriander to garnish


  1. Mix the BBQ sauce, oil, orange juice and zest together.
  2. Marinade the chicken thighs overnight.
  3. Braai or grill on a griddle pan or in the oven
  4. Serve with chips and fresh coriander.
