- 250ml Roasted Napolitana sauce
- 200-300g pasta of your choice, I used Nonna’s foods rice and maize tagliatelle
- 15ml olive oil
- Basil leaves, torn
- Cook the pasta as per the package instructions
- Toss in olive oil and then the Napolitana sauce
- Place in serving bowls top with lashings of grated parmesan and torn basil leaves.
