Salami Pizza
Ingredients
- Gluten free pizza base
- 60ml Roasted Napolitana sauce
- 125ml grated mozzarella cheese, (The smoking Gourmet)
- 8-10 Slices of Milano Salami - Coltempo
- Dried oregano
- Fresh Basil
Method
- Spread the sauce on the pizza base
- Top with grated mozzarella and dried herbs
- Finish off with salami slices
- Cook in a hot oven 200C for 10- 12 minutes
- Serve with fresh basil leaves
