Salami Pizza


  • Gluten free pizza base
  • 60ml Roasted Napolitana sauce
  • 125ml grated mozzarella cheese, (The smoking Gourmet)
  • 8-10 Slices of Milano Salami - Coltempo
  • Dried oregano
  • Fresh Basil


  1. Spread the sauce on the pizza base
  2. Top with grated mozzarella and dried herbs
  3. Finish off with salami slices
  4. Cook in a hot oven 200C for 10- 12 minutes
  5. Serve with fresh basil leaves
